With the objective of improving Media and Communication knowledge of officers serving the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J), a one-week long training programme, commenced on Saturday (12) at ‘Thalsevana’ holiday resort in Palaly, Jaffna.
Mr C Hettiarachchi, Additional Secretary to Ministry of Defence and Urban Development, together with Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-J inaugurated the workshop.
