Major General S. Kasthurimudali RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division and the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps (SLAWC) conducted an official visit to the Training School of the SLAWC in Kaluaggala on 30 May 2024.
The visiting General Officer Commanding of 56 Infantry Division was warmly welcomed by the Commandant of SLAWC Training School, Captain D.P Ediriweera and then she briefed the functioning of the training school.
Furthermore, the Major General S. Kasthurimudali briefed his vision to Officers of the training school and gave necessary instructions pertaining to the training, discipline, security concern and nations building to uplift the training school and maintaining the standards in every aspect.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
