Maj Gen Udaya Perera recently received the prestigious United States Army War College Alumni Award for his academic performances and in recognition of his services as the International Fellows Class president at the US Army War College graduation ceremony held at Carlisle Barracks Pennsylvania.
With that he will have the privilege of being a lifetime member of the US Army War College Alumni Foundation.
