Low-Income Families Receive Ready-Made Garments from Donors

Troops of the 19 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) on Monday (2) distributed ready-made garments, worth of Rs. 25,000 among selected 45 low income families in Iramanathapurakulum, Kilinochchi at the Iramanathapurakulum Community Hall.

Retired Major Rohan Jayasinghe and his family members, together with Mr. W Christopher Elyas Fernando and his family who are residing in Italy provided these clothes as incentives to those families.

Commanding Officer, several officers of 19 SLLI and family members of the donors were also present at the occasion.
