Logistics Command HQ at Kosgama on Wednesday (29) held a farewell ceremony to their outgoing Logistics Commander, Major General D.K.G.D Sirisana who is also the Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Crops of Military Police (SLCMP).
The formal ceremony to this effect included a Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour to the retiring Commander Logistics Command, Major General Sirisana who has served the Army for more than three decades. The day’s arrangements consisted of a tea arrangement plus a farewell dinner as dusk fell.
Centre Commandant, Senior Officers of the Logistic Regiments, Officers and Other Ranks were also associated with the day’s arrangements.
