A one-day seminar on ‘Government Tender Procedure and Army Bidding Document’ was inaugurated at Sri Lanka General Service Corps auditorium on Friday (26), following an initiative launched by the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake.
Major General H.G.I Vidyananda, Quarter Master General, Army Headquarters was in the chair for the one day seminar, accompanied by Major General H.R.K.P Peiris, Master General Ordnance, Army Headquarters, Brigadier W.G.D Wanniarachchi, Commandant, Army School of Logistics and Brigadier M.R Wanniarachchi, Brigadier Administration and Quartering, Security Forces Headquarters - East.
Brigadier W.G.D Wanniarachchi delivered the welcome speech and Major General H.R.K.P Peiris conducted opening remarks and explained the importance of Government Tender Procedure to the Army.
