The Logistic Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna), Brigadier P Vithange made his maiden official visit to the Army Base Hospital, Palaly on 10 June 2024.
The Commanding Officer of the Hospital, Major W.A.N.C. Wijesinghe warmly welcomed the visiting Logistic Commander (Jaffna), following the military traditions.
The Logistic Commander (Jaffna) planted a sapling and conducted an inspection of the hospital during his visit. In addition, he inquired about the well-being of the patients under treatment at the wards and shared views with them.
Before the culmination, he addressed the gathering and appreciated their dedicated service for the good health of Army personnel. A few Senior Officers and Officers also took part in the visit.
