Under the guidance of Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces – Jaffna (SF – J), a series of lectures were conducted on 03 July 2024 coincide with the training day.
The lectures were conducted by Brigadier K.J.N.M.P.K Nawarathna RWP RSP ndu, Brigadier General, of Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ - J). The topics covered obesity and its management as well as an introduction to exercises aimed to enhance the overall physical wellbeing of the personnel. The sessions, held at the SFHQ - J Cinema Hall, were attended by 38 Officers and 265 Other Ranks.
