Two workshops on ‘Drugs Addiction and Prevention from Drugs’ organized by the Directorate of Psychological Operations with the cooperation of National Dangerous Drugs Control Board took place at the Security Force Headquarters-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) and the 68 Division premises during the first week of May.
These two awareness programmes to educate Army personnel were organized on the directions of Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake, Commander of the Army.
More than 400 soldiers participated in both programmes, coordinated by Brigadier B.H.M.A Wijesinghe, Director, Directorate of Psychological Operations.
