A team of officers from Directorate of Welfare in the Army Headquarters conducted a lecture on services and importance of the Army welfare wing at the Security Force Headquarters, Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on Tuesday (18).
More than 300 officers and other ranks assembled there to listen to the lecture since it focused on loan schemes, qualifications for loans and repayment of loans, etc.
