A lecture addressing the reduction of gender-based violence against women was held at 2 Sri Lanka Army Pioneer Corps on 31 July 2024. The session was conducted by Chief Inspector Yesmin Raani, Officer in Charge of the Child and Women’s Bureau at Athurugiriya Police Station with the aim of promoting equality and justice within government institutions.
Six Officers and eighty-nine Other Ranks participated in the session.
