A lecture, themed 'Yoga for Mind and Soul' conducted for troops by the Ayurvedic physician, Dr. W.M.L.R Weerasekera, Ayurvedic Community Officer, Udadumbara Division on Wednesday (20) was attended by 53 Army personnel of the 11 Infantry Division.
It was aimed to introduce the techniques of mind and body healing practices. The 11 Infantry Division's GOC provided necessary guidelines for the arrangement.
