On a suggestion made by the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN) Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda directed his troops to organize the much-awaited 'Harmony Cricket Tournament 2020' in order to strengthen the cohesion and sportsmanship among talented youth residing in the area. In that, 6th Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment under command to 57 Division and 572 Brigade organized the ‘Harmony Cricket Tournament - 2020’.
The tournament was started on 12th September at Visuvamadu school playground with the participation of 25 teams of the Kilinochchi and 3 teams representing the Sri Lanka Army.
Among participated 28 teams, Vinayagar Sports Club and Dharmapuram Sports Club were selected for the finals. After neck to neck competition Dharmapuram Sports Club emerged as Champions of the ‘Harmony Cricket Tournament - 2020’.
The Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi graced the finals as the Chief Guest. General Officer Commandings of 57 and 65 Divisions, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers, senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and civilians also at the venue.latest Running Sneakers | Men's Footwear
