Air Vice Marshal H.M.S.K.B Kotakadeniya, Vice Chancellor at Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva on Friday (4) at his office in the Army Headquarters.
