Kandy Cancer Society Offers its Generosity to 11 Division's Roles

Sri Lanka Cancer Society Kandy Branch offering its appreciative support behind COVID-19 preventive work of the 11 Division HQ in the Kandy region on Thursday (20) donated a stock of spray machines, PPE kits and bed sheets to the 11 Division.

Presently, 11 Division HQ is responsible for management 9 Quarantine Centres and 6 Intermediate Care Centers in up country areas, served by the 11 Division HQ. Major General Kithsiri Liyanage as the Coordinator for COVID-19 Control work in the region received the stock from the Chairman, Sri Lanka Cancer Society Kandy Branch.

Civil Affairs Officer Lieutenant Colonel U. Rathnamalala after symbolic receipt of the stock from the donors handed over the stuff to the GOC at the Division Headquarters at the same time.
