29 Selected students in Kadeikadu Roman Catholic Tamil Mixed School, running with minimum facilities, received pairs of shoes worth of Rs 32,000/= thanks to the sponsorship of Mr & Mrs Nagulan, resident in the United State of America on Friday (2).
The programme was organized by 55 Division under the guidance of Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J).
GOC, 55 Division, Brigadier B.H.M.A Wijesinghe as the Chief Guest took part in the distribution ceremony at Kadeikadu Roman Catholic Tamil Mixed School grounds.
Senior officers, Principal and academic staff of the school, parents and students attended the occasion snacks and a glass of milk were provided to students and attending parents by the organizers.
