JAPANESE Ambassador in Sri Lanka Mr. Kunio Takahashi made a courtesy call on Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya at his office in Army Headquarters, Colombo Monday (17) morning.
The visiting diplomat first conveyed his best wishes to the Commander on his accession to the highest chair of Sri Lanka Army and then conversed with Army Commander on matters of bilateral interest.
Before leaving Army Headquarters, Japanese Ambassador exchanged mementoes with Lt. Gen. Jayasuriya and signed the Visitors’ Book.
