A stock of 100 packs of essential items, donated by Rev (Fr) Edward at Jaffna church were distributed among the inmates in quarantine at Vavuniya Intermediate Care Centre on Friday(10) after it was handed to the Security Force HQ-Wanni.
The donation consisted of sanitary items and other essential equipment for the use of inmates and those who under treatment at the venue. The donor also showed up to hand over the stock to Major General Hemantha Bandara, Commander, Security Forces –Wanni.
