Jaffna-Based Consul General of Indian High Commission Calls on Commander SF-J

Mr. Shri A Natarajan, Jaffna-based Consul General of the High Commission of India paid a courtesy call on Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna (SF-J) at the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) on Tuesday (25).

This was Mr Natarajan’s first formal visit to meet the recently-appointed Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander, SF-J. Extending a warm welcome to the visiting envoy, the Jaffna Commander afterwards had a cordial exchange of views on matters of mutual interest and updated him on different social and security aspects, prevailing in the Jaffna peninsula.

After the discussion, Major General Darshana Hettiarachchi, Commander SF-J, and the visiting envoy exchanged mementos as tokens of goodwill.
