The Force Protection Company Pre-deployment Training Course Lebanon No-15 and Sri Lanka Air Force Aviation Unit Pre-deployment Training Course Central Africa No-9 ended on 10 August 2023 at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) in Kukuleganga.
The Courses commenced on 10 July 2023 and were attended by 280 students of Sri Lanka Army and Sri Lanka Air Force representing various Corps and Regiments.
IPSOTSL has designed these mission specific courses to provide a basic knowledge on practical and theoretical aspects of the United Nations and special tasks.
The course curriculum consisted of many important proceedings such as Lane & situational Trainings, Presentations, examinations and Field Training Exercise (FTE) - Ex - Falcon Strike, etc.
Brigadier C.A Rajapaksha RSP, Commandant, IPSOTSL graced the certificate-awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest.
