The Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) at Kukuleganga concluded the Level - II Hospital Pre-deployment Training Course in a certificate-awarding ceremony at the IPSOTSL main auditorium on Friday (May 12).
The course was followed by 17 Officers of the Army, 01x Officer of the Sri Lanka Air Force and 75 Other Ranks. The course commenced on 24 April and ended on 12 May 2023.
This course is meant to prepare Officers and Other Ranks for deployment in the Level - II Hospital in South Sudan. The course curriculum was designed with the support of the Directorate of Oversees Operations to equip every peacekeeper with required knowledge to perform its tasks and duties with excellence.
Brigadier C.A. Rajapaksha RSP, the Commandant, IPSOTSL graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and awarded certificates to course attendees before delivering closing remarks. The Commandant of IPSOTSL extended warm wishes to the Commanding Officer and all ranks of the Level - II Hospital Pre-deployment Training Course in their future endeavours.
