Inmates at QCs Facilitated to Mark Their Birthdays

Troops of the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna serving Quarantine Centres (QCs) in Elephant Pass and Kopay areas facilitated the celebration of birthdays of three inmates at their request inside those QCs on 20th, 21st and 22nd October in keeping with strict health guidelines and social distancing practices.
