General Dalbir Singh, Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army currently in Sri Lanka, paid a courtesy call on Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka at the Ministry of Defence on Monday (30), just a few minutes after the visiting Army Chief met his Sri Lanka’s counterpart at the Army Headquarters.
During the brief interactive meeting, both of them shared views on matters of military importance and other general concerns.
The brief meeting culminated after exchange of symbolic mementos.
