Defence Advisor to the Indian High Commission of Sri Lanka Captain Vikas Sood paid a courtesy call on the General Officer Commanding 22 Division Major General Channa Weerasuriya on Saturday (17) at the 22 Division Headquarters in Trincomalee. Captain Vikas Sood was warmly welcomed by the GOC on arrival at the Headquarters premises.
