MANNAR: ONE CIVILIAN internally displaced due to LTTE terrorist activities in un-cleared areas arrived in cleared area of PALLEMUNAI on Friday (20) around 3.00 p.m. and surrendered to Naval troops seeking protection. Arrangements were made to send him to PARIHARAKANDAL IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) welfare centre.
