Hony Consul for Sri Lanka in Hawaii, Ms Kusuma Cooray paid a courtesy call on Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake, Commander of the Army at his office recently.
Ms Kusuma Cooray who is on an official visit to Sri Lanka has helped many Sri Lanka’s military officers who are participating in courses and seminars at Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS) and United States Pacific Command (USPACOM).
During this visit the Commander appreciated continued support and assistance given by Ms Kusuma Cooray, Hony Consul for Honolulu, Hawaii and her office.
This meeting was facilitated by Major General Chandana Rajaguru.
Towards the end of the discussion, both of them exchanged mementoes as memories of the meeting.
