The National TV, Rupavahini's talk show, "Mahajana Dinaya" had General Shavendra Silva, Head, National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army as the main contributor in its Wednesday (18) evening edition where a wide range of issues, related to COVID-19 preventive mechanism, ongoing vaccination drive, increase of deaths and infectees, restrictions on movements, public gatherings, statistics, etc were taken up for review and discussion.
