A stock of essential dry rations and a life-supporting wheelchair were donated to the helpless physically-handicapped woman, Mrs Leone Methaline of Sinnapandivirichchan area in Madu on Thursday (28) with sponsorship provided by 24 Gajaba Regiment troops of the 653 Brigade under the 65 Division HQ of the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni.
Under the supervision of the Commander, 653 Brigade, Colonel D.N.C Serasinghe, several senior officers participated in the donation programme.
