GR Colonel of the Regiment Visits 2 (V) GR and 5 (V) GR

Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B. Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and Colonel of the Regiment of the Gajaba Regiment (GR), visited the 2(V) GR and 5(V) GR on 26 October 2024.

The Colonel of the Regiment was honoured in a Guard Turnout and paid floral tributes at the fallen war heroes' monument at each location. The programme also included the planting of saplings, briefings by Commanding Officers, addresses to the troops, and camp visits at each Battalion.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
