General Shavendra Silva, Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army as the main resource person to the 'Mahajana Sevaya Pinisai' talkshow in TV 'Swarnavahini' on Monday (10) evening spoke on a broad spectrum of perspectives, concerns and interests were discussed on the emergence of new positive cases of COVID-19 Outbreak’, status quo, vaccination process, allegations in present quarantine proceedings, need for preventive health practices, movement restrictions between districts and how to mitigate the increase of COVID-19 positive patients.
