The popular ‘360' talkshow in TV 'Derana' on Monday (3) evening invited General Shavendra Silva, Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army where all salient facets as regards the 3rd wave of COVID-19 upsurge, preventive emergency measures, adoption of new health guidelines, ongoing island-wide operation, existing PCR System, new strategic approaches, etc were taken up for discussion.
