Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya, Commander Security Forces - Jaffna with the objective of providing more rest and recreational possibilities for All Ranks serving the Security Force Headquarters Jaffna laid the corner-stone for construction of a new holiday resort, named 'Palaly Piyasa' in Palaly, Jaffna on Thursday (6).
