FMA North Commander Makes Formal Visit to Military Police Camp

Brigadier Wanditha Mahinkanda, Commander, Forward Maintance Area North (FMA-N) visited the 4 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (4 SLCMP) camp in Mailady in Kankasanthurei on Monday (23) as part of familiarization with units under his purview.

The visiting FMA Commander was warmly welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel R.R.P Perera, Commanding Officer 4 SLCMP on arrival and was invited to review the Guard Turnout at the entrance.

Afterwards, Brigadier Wanditha Mahinkanda planted a sapling in the compound and left memories regarding his visit to the location. He did not forget to speak to the troops in the camp and shared a few thoughts after joining an all rank tea at the venue.
