FMA-KLN Felicitates Commander at HQ upon His Promotion

Forward Maintenance Area-Kilinochchi (FMA) troops arranged a felicitation ceremony for their newly-promoted Commander, FMA Major General Nilam Herath on Tuesday (10) upon his return to the FMA HQ after his recent promotion.

The Commander FMA on arrival at the venue reviewed the Guard Turnout & a subsequent Guard of Honour presented by 7 Sri Lanka Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (SLEME) troops in the parade square at the FMA (KLN) HQ compound.

During refreshments that followed, he shared a few thoughts with all ranks present at the location.

Colonel FMA, Staff Officers of the FMA (KLN) Headquarters, combined 11 Engineer Service Regiment, 7 Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, 6 Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps, 7 Sri Lanka Electoral Mechanical Engineer, 5 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police & Army Base Hospital (KLN) Commanding Officers and Other Ranks were present on the occasion.
