FMA Commander - KLN Visits 5 SLCMP Camp in Murukkandi

The Commander Forward Maintenance Area (FMA) in Kilinochchi, Brigadier Piyal Nanayakkarawasam made a formal visit to the 5 Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP) camp at Murukkandi on 05 December 2020.

On arrival, he was received by the Commanding Officer 5 SLCMP, Lieutenant Colonel Dilshan Perera and was honoured in a Guard Turnout.

Subsequently, he sat for a few group photographs with the 5 SLCMP staff adding memories. Later, he addressed the troops and commended them for their hard work and shared a few thoughts with them. The visiting FMA-KLN Commander was afterwards invited to plant a 'Sandun' sapling in the compound and leave compliments in the Visitors' Book as a symbol of memory of his visit. affiliate link trace | Nike
