Forward Maintenance Area - Central (FMA-Cen) HQ with the objective of alerting its troops to the dangers of narcotics and use of those drugs organized a valuable awareness session on Wednesday (10) at the Volunteer Force Training School (VFTS) auditorium in Diyatalawa under the guidance of Major General D.M.P.P Dassanayake, Commander, FMA-Cen.
Brigadier R.M.M Moneragala USP and a team of medical officers delivered those educative sessions on the topic ‘Prevention of Illicit Substance Abuse in the Army’.
16 Officers and 248 Other Ranks representing the FMA-Cen, VFTS, Marksmanship Sniper Training School, and under-command Battalions to the FMA-Cen joined the arrangement.
