Engineer Division GOC Visits 7 SLE Troops

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Sri Lanka Army Engineer Division, Major General D.K.S.K. Dolage USP psc visited the 7 Field Engineer Regiment (7 SLE) at Minneriya on 15 March 2024.

The visiting Senior Officer was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer of 7 SLE after the troops greeted him in a Drive Pass.

The Commanding Officer and Other Officers conducted comprehensive briefings regarding role and tasks, organizational structure, strength, training, administration and logistics of the Regiment. Afterwards, the GOC addressed the troops and interacted with them during an All Ranks tea.

The event culminated with an inspection of the unit premises including the 163 workshop squadron. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were associated with the event.
