Foreign student officers at the Deffence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) following the Course No: 15, together with their family members arrived in Mullaittivu on a familiarization visit and called at the 68 Division HQ under the Security Force HQ- Mullaittivu on 27 October.
The visitors were educated on the area during a briefing with a presentation, submitted by Major General Keerthi Bandara, Genera Officer Commanding 68 Division before the group undertook a field visit including a stopover at the victory monument in Mullivaikkal area.
Brigadier D.R.N Hettiarachchi, Commander, 681 Brigade, Brigadier Chaminda Galappaththi, 682 Brigade Commander and few senior officers were also associated with the programme.
