Foreign military Officers following the Staff Course No. 13 at the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) at Sapugaskanda, together with their spouses in Sri Lanka during a tour to the North on Wednesday (30) called at the Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J).
Those visitors received a warm welcome from the Senior Staff at the SFHQ-J on behalf of the Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya.
They received a briefing on the role and responsibilities of the Security Forces- Jaffna and civil-military assistance in the post conflict scenario.
