Directorate of the Army Bands and Performing Arts Hosts Lecture on Mental Health and Well-Being

Under the guidance of Brigadier K.D.M.L. Samaradiwakara RWP RSP ndc psc, Director of the Directorate of the Army Bands and Performing Arts organized a significant lecture on "Mental Health and Well-Being" at the Directorate premises on 24 July 2024.

The session was led by Brigadier R.M.M. Monaragala USP, Director of Military Hospital – Narahenpita. It was attended by 9 Officers and 145 Other Ranks, emphasizing the importance of mental health and well-being within the Army.
