Directorate of Army Band & Performing Arts Hosts Lectures

Under the guidance of Brigadier S.J. Kariyakarawana RWP RSP USP, Director of the Directorate of Army Band & Performing Arts, two informative lectures were held at Rathmalana.

Warrant Officer I D.M.P.S. Dissanayake of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps delivered a lecture on ‘Fire Fighting and Measures’ on 19 June 2024. Continuing the series, Captain P.S. Hettiarachchi from the Sri Lanka Medical Corps conducted a lecture on ‘Food Consumption’ on 26 June 2024. This lecture emphasised the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy eating habits to enhance the wellbeing of military personnel.

Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in these lectures.
