Brigadier P. A. D Kahapola, Director, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law (HR & HL) of the Gemunu Watch Regiment passed away on Friday (1) following a brief illness at Piliyandala Hospital.
His remains are now lying at his residence, No 210/4/D, Horana Road, Piliyandala.
