Director General Training Visits School of Artillery

Major General K.M.P.S.B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, Director General Training of Army Headquarters, made his inaugural visit to the School of Artillery on 05 June 2024.

Upon arrival, he was welcomed in a drive pass at the entrance and greeted by Colonel K.S.P Pothupitiya USP psc IG, the Commandant of the School of Artillery.

The visit began with a briefing by the Commandant on the school’s current training commitments, followed by a group photograph with the staff. Director General Training then observed demonstrations at the miniature range and simulator room and toured the training facilities. The visit concluded with an interactive session where officers were briefed on contemporary challenges and provided with insights into training development followed by penning down remarks in the visitors’ book.
