Troops of the 12 Division, keen on supporting the deserving students in Hambanthota area, donated gift packs, comprised of stationery items, bags and shoes to deserving students in Meth Mal Sewana children's home in Gannoruwa on Friday (1) along with a lunch treat.
The programme was organized under the guidance and instructions of the General Officer Commanding 12 Division, Major General Hemantha Bandara.
In addition, several pairs of shoes and dry ration packets were also donated to two deserving families in the area.
