DES Hosts Professional Development Workshop

Under the guidance of Brigadier Y.K.S. Rangika psc ptsc, Director of Directorate of Engineer Services (DES) in collaboration with the College of Military Engineering Technology Sri Lanka (CMETSL), conducted a professional development workshop on 4 December 2024 at the Headquarters of the Corps of Engineer Services. The workshop focused on the challenges and lessons learned from planning, designing, and constructing the Commandos’ Confidence Jump Arena Project at Uva-Kuda Oya.

The workshop highlighted a shared commitment to enhancing tri-forces engineering skills through discussions on key technical aspects. Over 140 from the Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel participated in the workshop. Experts from the Corps of Engineer Services conducted the interactive sessions.
