Representing the Sri Lanka Army, Major General Ranjan Jayasekara, Director General, Directorate of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (DEME) delivered a comprehensive lecture on ‘Military innovations and fabrications by the Sri Lanka Army’ at the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Automotive Engineers Sri Lanka (IAESL) on 19 November at Savsiripaya auditorium.
On the directions of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage, the Senior Officer was instructed to participate in the event and deliver the lecture to the target audience of Engineers in the IAESL.
The Institute of Automotive Engineers Sri Lanka (IAESL) is a pioneer organization that operates in the field of Automotive Engineering in Sri Lanka and the IAESL has requested the Commander of the Army to nominate a recourse person to conduct the technical lecture during their Annual General Meeting.
