Delegation from India’s Higher Defence Management Course Pays Courtesy Call on the Commandant, SLMA

A delegation from India’s Higher Defence Management Course, including four Senior Officers, visited Sri Lanka on 17 October 2024 as part of their Strategic Study Management Tour. The delegation, comprised of Colonel Kedar Dattatraya Gupta, Colonel Aditya Kumar, Colonel Raj Abhinav, and Lieutenant Colonel Mandeep Singh, paid a courtesy call on the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Military Academy (SLMA).

During the visit, the delegation discussed the longstanding ties between the two nations and reviewed plans for infrastructure development at the SLMA Library, supported by an Indian government grant. After an exchange of mementos, the delegation continued their tour, which includes visits to key military sites across Sri Lanka.
