MANNAR: THE DEAD BODY of a suspected Tiger cadre with his bag of four hand grenades, four T-56 magazines, one pouch and a cyanide capsule hung around his neck was taken out of the seas in PALLIMUNE lagoon in MANNAR on Monday (30) by naval troops.
The remains were in a highly decomposed state at the time of detection and has been bitten by fish when it was recovered, following a tip-off given by a fisherman. The corps was dispatched to MANNAR hospital.
