The certificate- awarding ceremony of the ‘Junior Instructor Course - 101’ of the Combat Training School (CTS) at Ampara got underway on Friday (21 July). Brigadier D.R.N Hettiarachchi RWP RSP USP, Commandant, CTS attended the occasion as the Chief Guest.
A total of 62 Non-Commissioned Officers of different regiments of the Army followed the three-month long course. Lance Corporal N.G.K.T Madusanka of 16 (V) Gemunu Watch was awarded the certificate as the Best Student of the course.
Senior officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the awarding ceremony.
