Combat Training School (CTS) – Ampara organized a Softball Cricket Tournament on 12 May 2024 among the students and the staff of the CTS under the guidance of Brigadier D.R.N Hettiarachchchi RWP RSP USP, the Commandant of CTS.
Accordingly, 08 teams representing Staff of CTS, Senior Leadership and Career Development Course – 51, Leadership and Career Development Course – 56, Junior Instructors’ Course -104 and Method of Instruction Course -73.
After a series of competitive games, the CTS team emerged as the champions, while the Senior Leadership and Career Development Course – 51 team secured the runners-up position.
The Commandant of CTS awarded trophies and certificates to the achievers during the awarding ceremony. Senior Officers, Officers, Instructors and Other Ranks also witnessed the cricket tournament.
